Appeal to locate wanted woman Lisa Kelly

We are appealing for the public’s help to locate a woman who is wanted on a recall to prison. 

Lisa Kelly has links to Derby – specifically the Normanton and Sinfin areas.

Despite enquiries officers have been unable to trace the 40-year-old.
